Evaluate financing instruments supporting fund operations, enhance liquidity, and optimize capital structures. This includes subscription credit lines, NAV-based loans and credit facilities, and feeder fund rated notes.
Lead new issuance rating process: assessing factors such as capital structure, legal protection, collateral quality, cash flow dynamics, and issuer experience.
About the Role:- Evaluate and analyze complex financial models assessing asset cash flow projections and debt repayment under stress scenarios.
- Assess creditworthiness of funds, assets, and counterparties, with an understanding of how this applies to rating methodologies.
- Develop and prepare clear, concise, and well-reasoned credit memos and reports.
- Collaborate with experts across sectors to develop approaches to evaluating complex multi-assets strategies.
- Strong understanding of fund finance products, including subscription lines, NAV financing, hybrid facilities, rated feeders, and other similar products.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for building and analyzing financial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship management.
