About the Role

We are seeking a Sustainability Governance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping businesses improve their sustainability practices.

Job Description

The Sustainability Governance Specialist will work closely with our member companies to develop and deliver advisory services on governance topics, including strategy and leadership, reporting and disclosure, stakeholder engagement, materiality, and risk-based due diligence. They will also be responsible for building relationships with external partner organizations and managing a portfolio of member companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth expertise and a thorough knowledge of corporate governance and sustainability.
  • A minimum of five years' experience of working directly with business or in business advisory organizations.
  • Experience designing and delivering services and interventions that promote sustainability within business.
  • Detailed knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape and relevant Directives and standards.
