Identity Governance Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to drive innovation and deliver complex identity governance projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing technical leadership, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of identity governance solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for implementing identity governance solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement identity governance policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement identity governance tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical leadership in identity governance project execution.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing identity governance systems.
  4. Develop training programs for stakeholders on identity governance concepts.
  5. Participate in incident response and problem management activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting Identity and Access Management services.
  • Deep expertise in areas like identity provisioning, access management, and administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and SailPoint IIQ.
  • Certifications such as CISSP or similar.
