We are seeking a highly skilled BIM / Revit professional to join our team.

Job Overview
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Revit and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Model Development: Produce high-quality 3D MEP models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.
  2. Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with M&E engineers, architects, fire engineers, and wider design teams.
  4. BIM Model Coordination: Coordinate and review both internal and external BIM models for project integration.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience working with Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software.
  2. A relevant qualification at National Framework of Qualifications Level 6 or higher.
  3. Autodesk Revit certification is an advantage.
  4. Strong skills in Revit MEP and Navisworks; AutoCAD knowledge desirable.
