Job Title: Strategic Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced intelligence professional to serve as a subject matter expert on all intelligence-related tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to decision makers through the analysis and dissemination of accurate and timely intelligence information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all interactions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain situational awareness tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential operational threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide counsel and recommendations to supervisors and other stakeholders based on thorough and accurate analysis.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and in-depth intelligence analytical products to various audiences.
  • Support travel protection initiatives by developing location threat briefs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with five or more years of related experience in investigations and intelligence, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of intelligence gathering techniques.
  • English plus secondary language skill, preferred.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to evaluate, recommend, and develop policy, project initiatives, and operation methods.
  • Able to identify and solve complex problems by analyzing data and information from multiple unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Client-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and under adverse and stressful conditions.
  • Able to present and defend intelligence positions to a variety of audiences including staff, representatives, and members of the Board.
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultural and language barriers.
  • Serve as a positive and effective team member.
  • Able to quickly adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular computer usage.
  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Frequent sitting.
  • Travel, as required.
