Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis
    • You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting complex data sets to stakeholders.
    • Evaluate business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
  • Requirements Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements.
    • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and functional specifications.
    • Manage and prioritize project backlogs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Project Collaboration
    • Foster strong communication channels with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
    • Identify and mitigate potential conflicts between projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Scientist.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
