About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality home care support services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with older adults and individuals with disabilities to enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized home care support services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in home care and disability support.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and excellence in care delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • A relevant QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
  • On-the-job QQI Level 5 training will be provided for successful candidates.
  • Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
  • Flexible and reliable with a commitment to delivering high-quality care services.
