Maintenance Operations Manager – Longford Site

We are seeking a skilled Hard Services Lead to manage our site maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the management of planned and reactive maintenance works for all site facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
- Proactively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues to maximise equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
- Liaise with production department engineers and other support personnel to identify and solve problems, and provide technical expertise as required.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and continuously advocate for adding additional scope to current services provided.
- Detailed tracking, analysis, and reporting of hard services spend and hours utilisation on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with site QA, Validation, EHS, Process, and Packing departments to determine compliance requirements and coordinate all maintenance works.
- 5 Years' Experience working in a similar role.
- Certificate/Diploma or Senior Trades in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and motivate teams.
- Dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement and customer focus management style.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 3:30 PM.
