Job Opportunity

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing site contractors on projects nationwide and managing surveying requirements on both large and small projects.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a leading digital survey team and contribute to research and development of new innovative methods of surveying and setting out within the geospatial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage surveying requirements on both large and small projects
  • Oversee site contractors on projects nationwide
  • Contribute to R&D into new innovative methods of surveying and setting out within the geospatial sector
  • Develop strong people management skills with the ability to lead within a team

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong experience using various surveying equipment including robotic total station and 3D laser scanners
  • Knowledge of scan post-processing software
  • Strong experience with setting out/survey control
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings
  • Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Experience working with Autocad and Civil 3D
  • Valid Safe pass card and manual handling training
  • Possess full, clean driving license (IRE/EU)
