Web Operations Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the Web Operations team in maintaining and evolving a central self-service platform.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in web operations, content management or digital experience roles, and 1+ years of people management experience.

  • Key responsibilities include leading web operations, content updates, page builds and product lifecycle maintenance.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for building processes and documentation to support a growing platform and high-performing team.
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and publish content for game launches and other projects.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to bring operational and people-centric mindsets, as well as the ability to set goals, prioritize work and create processes to achieve our goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can mentor a globally distributed team of Web Operations Coordinators and Specialists.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in web operations, content management or digital experience roles.
  • 1+ years of people management experience (team leadership, coaching, hiring and performance development).
  • Familiarity with headless CMS tools like Contentful.
  • Operational and people-centric mindsets.
  • The ability to set goals, prioritize work and create processes to achieve our goals.
