About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency recruitment or sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building relationships with clients and candidates. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets through effective sales and business development strategies
  • Sourcing top talent through various channels, including advertising, search, and networking
  • Conducting thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best candidates for client roles
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
  • Preparing clients and candidates for interview, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in an agency setting

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
