We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Professional to join our team as a Demand and Supply Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing demand and supply for commercially critical molecules in global markets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for inventory management, product supply, and team leadership. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced supply chain professional to manage demand and supply for commercially critical molecules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand and supply for commercially critical molecules in global markets.
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
  • Lead a team of supply planners and senior supply planners.
  • Set and manage annual performance goals for the team.
  • Provide support and clear direction to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a Business-Related discipline or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
