We are seeking a Transformation Leader to drive the evolution of demand planning across our complex, multi-category supply chain. This is a key leadership appointment within a business undergoing significant transformation.

The successful candidate will lead the modernization of planning and forecasting, bringing fresh thinking, digital capability, and strategic alignment to an enterprise-scale operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams with meaningful visibility across supply chain, finance, commercial, and digital leadership.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP in a complex supply chain environment.
  • A track record of driving transformation through digital tools, structural change, or process maturity.
  • Commercial fluency, strategic mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
  • A calm, credible, and grounded leadership style with a focus on people, performance, and progress.
