Junior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate measurement, valuation, and administration of commercial aspects of projects.

Your key duties will include providing financial reporting support to senior colleagues, measuring and valuing construction work, and administering contracts in accordance with NEC/JCT protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and 34 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience with Measured Term or Term Service Contracts is desirable but not essential.

You will have a strong chance of success if you possess ambition and drive, along with a willingness to learn and develop your skills through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 34 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
