Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including schedules, drawings, and contracts
  • Develop and maintain project trackers and dashboards to ensure timely progress and identify potential issues
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage project budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of construction management software and tools
