CDM Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Principal Designer to play a key role in fostering positive engagement, providing support and guidance, as well as disseminating CDM knowledge across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with design teams to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the pre-construction phase of our projects.
- Coordinate with all duty holders on our projects during the pre-construction phase to ensure cooperation.
- Ensure compliance with Construction Regulations and Safety, Health and Welfare Regulations.
- Prepare a comprehensive Health and Safety File for clients at project handover.
We require someone with experience in delivering the Principal Designer role, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of duties under CDM. The ideal candidate will have a high level of commitment to quality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.
