Aircraft Appearance Specialist

As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our aircraft.

The key responsibilities of this position include performing all cleaning tasks in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Cleaning: Utilize prescribed cleaning agents to thoroughly clean galleys (kitchen areas), ensuring hygiene and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Carpet Maintenance: Vacuum carpets and wipe down drop tables to maintain a tidy and presentable cabin environment.
  • Galley Cleaning: Efficiently remove rubbish from the aircraft and ensure proper disposal in accordance with environmental policies and procedures.
  • Toilet Maintenance: Clean and restock aircraft toilets, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and availability for passenger use.
  • In-Flight Amenities: Place magazine packs in seat pockets and replace headrest covers to enhance the passenger experience.
  • Security Checks: Remain observant for suspicious items and report any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
  • Team Support: Be prepared to cover the Team Lead role as needed to ensure seamless operations and team support.
  • Facility Reporting: Report any facility service defects, such as plumbing issues, to ensure timely maintenance and safety.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to live and work in the E.U.
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability to work rostered shifts and flexibility.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that require significant twisting, turning, and bending.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Adherence to SHP grooming & uniform standards.
