Job Title: Accounts and Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous professional to strengthen our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices, inputting supplier invoices into the accounting system, processing national and international bank payments, operating Sage Payroll for employees, using Sage 50 Accounts for bookkeeping and reporting, supporting payroll, invoicing, and purchase invoices, as well as other tasks.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an office or accounts role, proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll, a practical approach, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good organisational and communication skills, fluency in English, and a clean category driver's license is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Input supplier invoices into the accounting system.
  • Process national and international bank payments.
  • Operate Sage Payroll for employees.
  • Use Sage 50 Accounts for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and purchase invoices.
  • Assist with stock control and forecasting.
  • Provide occasional support with purchasing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office or accounts role.
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.
  • A practical approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A clean category driver's license is an advantage but not essential.
