Job Summary: As a key member of the shipping operations team, you will be responsible for a range of administration and operations coordination duties, including customer communication, vessel movements, inventory management, and document maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and external partners, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Coordinate the movement of vessels to and from port, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Manage stock and inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain accurate import and export documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the management team with their ongoing duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A 3rd level qualification and 2-3 years' experience in a relevant shipping or logistics role.
  • A full and clean driving license and your own transport.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software applications related to shipping and logistics.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
