As a pivotal leader in regulatory policy, this role will play a strategic part in ensuring the company's compliance with industry standards and regulations within the banking sector. Based in Dublin, this position requires expertise in accounting and finance to ensure adherence to local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies aligned with industry best practices and local regulations.
  • Advise senior management on regulatory developments and their impact on business strategies, driving informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure seamless adherence to all relevant regulations, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, addressing inquiries or audits efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field within a Capital Markets / major Bank environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional expertise in regulatory compliance and policy development, with a keen analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
