As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on implementing program and project management routines, including identification of key performance indicators, monitoring playbooks, deliverable and task tracking, resource planning, prioritization of work against available resources, post mortem evaluations to identify lessons learned, and quality assurance to provide timely and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Drive execution and operationalization of high-priority portfolios across multiple teams.
- Be strategically minded to identify and prioritize projects that meet Payments and Meta's Customer Support goals and objectives.
- Provide necessary leadership updates on fast-moving, complicated projects and act as the primary point of contact for management.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in tech or global cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated communications and leadership skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving experience.
