Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and billing queries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to upsell existing products and services.
  • Process overflow/cover for inbound sales queries by phone and email.
  • Work closely with the .IE Registry activity to upsell new domains and increase product attachment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of cPanel, building websites, and web design is an advantage.
