Job Description:
Lead a team to innovate and develop medical technologies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support new product development activities on large, moderately complex projects.
  • Implement strategic goals and establish operational plans.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Manage project budgets and oversee capital expenditures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline and at least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong understanding of medical device regulations and experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies are essential. Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative, are required. PMP certification is a plus.
