Bridge Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bridge Professional to collaborate on bridge projects.


Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the technical, managerial and commercial aspects of bridge projects in collaboration with other professionals.
  • To deliver major bridge projects in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • To apply engineering principles and codes of practice to solve complex technical problems.
  • To design and develop robust and economical solutions for bridges using various materials.
  • To utilize innovative design software to enhance project outcomes.
  • To implement effective Project Delivery Processes including GCC Contracts.
  • To collaborate closely with clients, contractors and design teams to achieve project objectives.
  • To possess strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • To demonstrate a proactive approach with adaptability to changing scenarios.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience in engineering consultancy.
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus.
  • Excellent conceptual design abilities.
  • Significant base of IT skills including structural design software, CAD and word processing.
  • The ability to source and use new design software to benefit project work.
  • Independent judgement in the application of engineering science and knowledge.
  • High level of commercial understanding and application.
  • Understanding of regulatory and policy issues.
