Leadership Opportunity

At our vibrant dining establishment, we are set to bring a new level of service and atmosphere to the Dublin market. As a General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our dynamic team and driving success.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing large teams in fast-paced restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand guest expectations and manage them efficiently
  • Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one
  • Establish and maintain realistic operational goals and identify ways to improve profitability
  • Demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of the industry and identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
