The Role

\

This role is ideal for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who enjoys working on their own initiative and is naturally organized. As a Network Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in the coordination of training activities within Green Tech Skillnet (GTS).

  • Coordinate training activities within GTS, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of training data, finance information, procurement preparation and compliance requirements.\
  • Work closely with the Skills Operations Manager, Head of Finance and wider Wind Energy Ireland team to ensure the smooth operation of the training unit.\
  • Communicate effectively with trainers and member companies to arrange courses and bookings efficiently.\
  • Track costs associated with all courses to ensure competitive pricing, best value and match funding targets.\
  • Manage a shared inbox and address or escalate queries as appropriate.\
  • Develop marketing material for courses and distribute it accordingly.\
  • Manage the Skillnet online activity management system, Sonata, including data entry & quality control to ensure KPIs are met.\
  • Support applications for funding for future training development programmes.\
