Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the financial success of our organisation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and CEO and work closely with the Financial Accountant.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Professional will be responsible for:

  • Handling all supplier invoices, rents, contracts, credit cards, and PRSA submissions
  • Uploading relevant data to the CRM, accounting software, and secure hard drives as per protocols

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A part-qualified or accounting technician qualification or other similar or related experience in a comparable role
  • Advanced proficiency with Sage or similar accounting software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
