Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have experience in international tax and cross-border structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy and dispute resolution, capital markets, private equity transactions, and asset and project finance. They will also have strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage tax teams on high-profile projects
- Advise clients on complex tax matters and negotiate with regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize client liabilities
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience in tax within a corporate law firm
- Qualified solicitor or barrister
- Professional tax and/or accounting qualification required (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
