Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative Visual Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing and communications team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design engaging creative solutions from inception through to final execution in support of marketing initiatives.
  • To provide oversight on creative team output and offer constructive feedback to design team members.
  • Maintain design integrity across all channels, ensuring adherence to brand visual identity standards and working within defined templates.
  • Taking ownership of projects and ensuring artwork is technically correct and delivered within agreed timeframe.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the internal design team, wider marketing team, as well as external agencies, on creative execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with industry-standard graphic software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is desirable.
  • Proficiency within MS Office, particularly presentation design within MS PowerPoint.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio or other demonstrable track record of success.
  • Experience working within robust visual identity guidelines.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and methodical approach.
