Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual design solutions that align with our brand strategy.

About the Role:

The Visual Design Specialist will work closely with our design lead and senior designers to develop and implement visual design concepts across various channels. This includes creating engaging graphics, motion storyboards, and campaign assets that reflect our brand identity.

  • Create visually appealing designs that meet our brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design Delivery:

- Translate creative briefs into impactful design work
- Develop compelling and differentiating 'on-brand' creative for daily, seasonal, and project works
- Work closely with design leads, project managers, and copywriters to deliver integrated creative campaigns

Creative Operations:

- Assist in defining efficient and integrated creative processes
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure a consistent and optimized omni-channel approach to all activity

Team and Relationship Management:

- Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to ensure work is delivered on time and to agreed standards
- Help create a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the global creative team

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a designer within a creative team
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual design solutions
- Strong understanding of design principles and branding strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma
