Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/Visual Designer to join our company.
  • In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of projects for both B2B and B2C clients, contributing to visually stunning designs for websites and brand identities.
  • You'll collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure designs are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and user-centered.

This hybrid position allows you to balance remote work with on-site collaboration in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Taking and owning the leading design role in projects, driving ideation and creating visually stunning user interfaces.
  • Running and Organising project workshops independently.
  • Design compelling brand assets, including logos, visual identities and style guides, to help clients stand out in their markets.
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure designs align with user needs and project goals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across projects, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  • Translate our clients' goals into beautiful digital designs.
  • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Generating ideas and selling them into clients and other members of the team.
  • Delegating tasks and providing support for less senior members of the team.
  • Foster a fearless and positive attitude to drive success and inspire team collaboration.
  • Continue to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Taking full responsibility and ownership of a project from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
