Visual Design Specialist Opportunity

A skilled Visual Design Specialist is required to contribute to our in-house design team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative visual designs for digital, print, social media, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to support and enhance our brand identity across multiple platforms.
  • Produce high-quality artwork for both print and digital output.
  • Create engaging motion graphics that align with our brand standards.
  • Work closely with the creative team on campaigns, brand projects, and new initiatives.
  • Deliver timely design requests while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to the development of toolkits, templates, and design systems that reinforce our brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a design role (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout, typography, and brand application skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with After Effects or Premiere Pro as a plus.
  • Confidence in designing for both print and digital formats, with solid artwork preparation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines or contributing to their development.
