Job Description

We are seeking a senior data visualization specialist to join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights, adept at problem-solving, and an excellent communicator across all levels of the business.

The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable visualizations, collaborating with business users to understand and articulate their data needs, and communicating complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices. They will also have strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation, excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience, skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.

Additionally, the candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities, and experience or understanding of healthcare data and workflows is a plus.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate user stories based on stakeholder input.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities.
  • Experience or understanding of healthcare data and workflows is a plus.
