Nurse Manager

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced nurse manager for a challenging role within an established Cork city nursing home. This opportunity offers a chance to enhance an existing management team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of daily routines. With a focus on patient-centered care, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Active registration with the NMBI as a nurse
- Minimum 6 years postgraduate experience in a clinical or management capacity
- At least 3 years/' experience in Care of the Older Person over the past 6 years
- Recent management experience highly desirable
- Post-registration qualification in dementia care, highly desirable
- A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field required
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- IT skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
