Job Opportunity:

We are seeking Support Workers to fill two roles in Galway.

Role 1: Administration and Helpline Services

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) that involves providing sensitive helpline support and coordinating daily operations, including internal systems, communications, and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Role 2: Counselling, Support, and Information Provision

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) that requires strong interpersonal skills, trauma-informed practice, and a commitment to empowerment and change. You will work directly with women affected by domestic abuse, offering emotional support, information, and advocacy to help them build safer, violence-free lives.
