We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Data Insights Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, data visualization, and business performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular financial and sentiment analysis using data from ChurnZero, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal Datalake systems to support real-time reporting and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain online models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Create visually impactful dashboards and reports using PowerBI/Tableau and other visualization tools.
  • Validate data accuracy and extract, interpret, and analyze large datasets to identify key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Conduct segment reviews and campaign analysis by integrating data from LinkedIn and internal sources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, or management consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data querying tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and accounting standards.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and ChurnZero.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and communicate insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
