Job Description:

As an Academic Administrator at École Management Normandie, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and academic affairs of our Dublin campus. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling courses with professors, managing logistics such as booking hotels and creating lecturer profiles, and providing front desk reception for professors and students.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and logistical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning:

* Schedule courses with professors and manage logistics, including booking hotels and creating lecturer profiles
* Provide front desk reception for professors and manage student lists, including visa-related information
* Organize exams, coordinate with partners for invigilators, and prepare exam materials

2. Academic Affairs:

* Collect grades from professors, compile them for jury presentation, and issue transcripts
* Monitor student attendance, prepare reports for the Head of Programme, and organize Attendance Committee meetings
* Organize juries, grade commissions, and disciplinary committees

3. Office Management / Quality:

* Support the Quality Manager in the QQI accreditation process
* Manage external providers (hotels, Adecco, building contractors, landlords, etc.)
* Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in academic administration and office management
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy: good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Hours of work: 38 hours per week (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

30 annual leaves + 18 additional leaves
