Project Manager Opportunity

A permanent site-based role has arisen for an experienced civil engineer to work as a project manager with an established contractor in the Kilkenny area.

Job Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and working on a mining facility, including range of civils, enabling & groundworks above ground.
  • The contractor is working directly for the client and expects to be on site for more than a year.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the client and contractor to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Civil engineering degree and extensive experience in the industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
