Key Account Growth Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to drive long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role will play a vital part in maintaining and expanding our existing customer base, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their Trend Micro solutions while increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing customer install base, collaborating with account teams to review customers due for renewal, and coordinating strategies to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Value Management: Focus on maximizing customer value from existing solutions.
  • Renewal and Upsell Coordination: Collaborate with account teams to discuss engagement strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers to retain and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account managers and Customer Success Managers to address customers at risk of churn.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within a channel environment in the software or technology industries.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
