
Customer Base Growth Specialist

- Trend Micro is seeking a skilled professional to manage our existing customer base.
As a Retention Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from Trend Micro solutions. This includes proactively managing the existing customer install base, collaborating with account teams to review customers due for renewal, and working closely with channel partners to enhance retention motions and expand customer reach.
You will also contribute to maintaining and growing our customer install base, driving retention rates, and achieving renewal revenue targets. We are looking for someone with experience in sales, ideally within a channel environment in the software or technology industries, who possesses strong organizational and time management skills, as well as positive and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the existing customer install base to ensure they derive maximum value from Trend Micro solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to review customers due for renewal and discuss engagement strategies to maximize revenue.
