Sr. Manager, Customer Management leads a team of professionals responsible for fostering long-term relationships with customers and driving business growth through effective customer retention and expansion strategies.
Your ImpactThis senior leadership role is designed to provide strategic direction and guidance to the Customer Management team, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams to drive business results.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve targeted on-time renewal rates and financial goals.
- Participate in customer contract negotiations and provide commercial support to resolve customer issues.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership experience in software renewals, with a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
