Key Accountabilities- Coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve business goals, promoting a culture of high performance, positive engagement, recognition, feedback and teamwork.
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team responsible for meeting key sales targets, People Management metrics, Risk Management metrics and customer experience scores.
- Maximise the use of digital capabilities and other key enablers within the branch to support quality customer engagements.
- Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to deliver on multiple business objectives and manage a growth agenda.
- Competent in providing sales leadership support, setting clear performance expectations for sales and customer engagement.
- Adaptable to change with a commitment to improving processes through technology and automation.
