Business Development Manager
Job Description:The role of the Business Development Manager is to drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
This includes:
- Developing and executing a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Research and identify new business opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
