Business Development/ Partnership Manager

We're proud to be partnering with a leading name in professional beauty to find an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager for the County Cork and surrounding regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and innovative company behind one of the industry's most advanced professional skincare and device-led brands.

My client has a well-established reputation for quality, results-driven treatments and strong salon partnerships. You'll be working with an award-winning portfolio that combines cutting-edge technology with intelligent skincare.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing brand presence and driving success across your territory. You'll be building relationships with existing salon partners, identifying and onboarding new business, and representing the brand at events and trade shows.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across the region – you'll be the face of the brand locally, so confidence, credibility, and genuine passion for skincare are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing salon/spa partners
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, training, and business reviews
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and support sales growth
  • Attend industry events, launches, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and client strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a BDM role within beauty, aesthetics, or skincare
  • Solid understanding of professional skincare and/or device-led treatments
  • A natural communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident in managing your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the South East
