Job Title: Senior Clinical LeadOur Client is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead to support the day-to-day clinical and operational management of their nursing home.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising the delivery of person-centred, evidence-based nursing care;
  • Maintaining and updating required documentation, including risk registers, incident logs, care plans, and audit results;
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing and care staff, promoting continuous professional development;
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and the development of the annual Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Requirements:
  • A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with active registration required;
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in nursing management or a similar aged care setting;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIQA, national standards, and relevant legislation.
