Governance Risk and Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position located in Dublin.

About the Position

Leadership and Governance

Lead the development and embedding of governance structures across IT in a maturing environment.

Policies and Compliance Management

Develop and implement fit-for-purpose policies, drive compliance with regulatory requirements, and work closely with technical and business teams to ensure risks are well managed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and embedding of governance structures across IT.
  • Review, design and implement policies in collaboration with IT and the wider business.
  • Partner with SMEs, Architects and project teams to support risk assessments.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Create impactful reporting materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Influence senior leaders to ensure GRC requirements are embedded in decision-making.
About You
  • Strong background in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, ideally from a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience implementing or maturing governance frameworks.
  • Skilled in policy development, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
