Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management and Compliance Professional to oversee the management of our data centre infrastructure and facilities.

This role requires a strong understanding of ISO certifications, Health and Safety requirements, Security Management Systems, and IT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies for data centre related ISO accreditation and the Information Security Management System.
  • Collaborate with IT support vendors, group functions, and compliance support vendors to build and maintain the ISO systems.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Health and Safety across all sites, working with Health and Safety vendors and providing training to the Operations team.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System and prepare for audits.
  • Monitor and report on environmental, recycling waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Coordinate physical security measures and work alongside security vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in risk management or a related field, preferably with a Data Centre background.
  • Technical knowledge in IT security and IT networking would be an advantage.
  • Excellent document control and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of Environment, Health and Safety requirements.
  • Excellent project planning, change, and time management capabilities.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
