What you'll do:
As a Regulatory Senior Manager, you will:
Provide expert regulatory advice and technical guidance to a broad portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring they meet all relevant compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with other departments to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the regulatory compliance offering.
Plan, manage, and deliver multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes.
Interpret complex regulations and support clients in implementing effective compliance solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Design comprehensive compliance frameworks that align with current regulations and best practices within the financial services sector.
Develop clear and practical compliance policies and procedures for clients, supporting them in embedding robust controls across their organisations.

What you bring:
To excel as a Regulatory Senior Manager in this prominent risk advisory practice, you will bring:
A proven track record of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within financial services institutions or advisory environments such as law or consulting firms.
Comprehensive technical understanding of current regulation as well as Financial Regulator rules and guidance procedures relevant to the Irish market.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams of compliance specialists effectively by providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout project lifecycles.
Proven track record of identifying sales opportunities within existing networks and progressing these collaboratively with colleagues from other departments.
Deep familiarity with interpreting new regulations quickly and developing specialisms in emerging areas as required by client needs.
Outstanding communication skills—both written and spoken—with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Exceptional planning abilities combined with strong project management skills; adept at networking internally and externally to build lasting relationships.
Third-level qualification in a related field such as law, finance, or business; additional professional qualifications (e.g., Professional Diploma in Compliance from ACOI) are desirable but not essential.
Experience designing or delivering regulatory training programmes tailored specifically for client requirements is highly advantageous.
Advanced IT proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is considered beneficial.
