Job Description:

As a proactive spend management solution, we seek a senior risk and compliance professional to lead our compliance initiatives. This individual will ensure that our company maintains a culture of compliance by implementing effective risk management and regulatory compliance programs across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as a senior risk and compliance professional in the financial services industry, preferably in fintech/payments with an EU-wide scope
  • Experience and understanding of payments, e-money or wallet products/services, and banking functions
  • A deep understanding of regulatory compliance issues affecting companies like ours
  • Maintenance of Fitness and Probity Standards as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to create a culture of compliance by design
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively
