Procurement and Commercial Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive change initiatives, ensuring alignment with our project portfolio. Your main focus will be on supporting our Programmes & Change team in implementing the Group Operating Model & Efficiency Review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to deliver excellence through customer understanding and collaborative partnerships.
  • Plan, organise, and control project delivery using agile methods and manage risks effectively.
  • Drive business change activities, ensuring new processes and systems are adopted successfully.
  • Establish governance frameworks to enable transparency and effective risk management.
  • Manage requirements, liaison between business and technical teams developing digital enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within dynamic business environments.
  • Clear transformation and change project leadership experience.
  • Effective stakeholder management across broad ranges.
  • Understanding of financial controls and governance processes.
  • Project management qualifications and proven IT change delivery experience.
